• You confirm that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
• By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any other policies referenced.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

• We accept secure online payments via PayPal and credit/debit cards.
• All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

3. Digital Product Delivery

• All products are delivered as digital files via secure download (Google Drive access or direct link).
• Files are available immediately after payment confirmation.
• Please ensure your email and account details are correct to avoid delivery issues.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once files are accessed or downloaded. Refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances as defined in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• All digital designs, collections, branding, and site content belong to TheLaserDesign.Store.
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your projects.
• Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of our files is strictly prohibited.

6. Commercial Use

Our bundles include a commercial license for physical products (wood, acrylic, paper, etc.) created using our files. Reselling or redistributing the digital files themselves is not allowed.

7. Limitation of Liability

TheLaserDesign.Store is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our designs. Usage of the files is at your own discretion and risk, depending on your machine and materials.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with international e-commerce standards. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of applicable laws in the country of the store’s operation.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
